Sensitive conversion of redundant farm buildings to provide contemporary offices for the office staff for the Bluestone Holiday Complex – Pembrokeshire’s answer to Centre Parcs – for the administration of the year round facility including a water park, ski slope (using real snow), eco-log cabins, shops, restaurant, bars etc. The conversion is immediately beside the main road and has good sustainable credentials, as it uses sheeps wool for insulation, reclaimed building materials and is heated by a bio-mass boiler.

HOLIDAY COMPLEX, LETTERSTON.

An imaginative re-use of a redundant former quarry and sand pit, now completely flooded and lying adjacent to a village, on the A40 Irish Ferry Euro-Route. Phase 1 will comprise of a dozen or so eco-lodges sensitively set in the landscape and at the waters edge, plus other ancillary buildings to allow the users to enjoy the scenery, plus fishing, yachting, wildlife trails and even diving, as the excavations went down some 20-30m below ground level.

AMROTH CASTLE HOLIDAY PARK, AMROTH,PEMBROKESHIRE.

The first phase of a comprehensive redevelopment of this well established caravan park, sitting within the grounds of a Grade II Listed Castle, and overlooking Amroth Beach, at the southern boundary of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Initial concept designs for a new covered swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa and sauna are currently being worked up for discussions with planners..
