CREATIVE RE-USE OF REDUNDANT CHAPEL, BETHANY, PEMBROKE DOCK

Feasibility study to enhance site value, and dispose of portions of unwanted land (with the appropriate outline planning permissions) in order to cross finance the re-configuration of the chapel to become a community hall / facility on the ground floor with a place of worship on the upper floors making full use of the buildings volume and fine architectural detail.
