Set on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Parks the clients wanted to convert a redundant outbuilding into one permanent home for their family and also a 4 bedroom unit for Holiday Letting. The sites location overlooks the coast over Abermawr Beach and the outbuilding was raised to form a dormer type elevation utilising the enlarged attic space to create seven bedrooms. The main aspect faces South which also allowed the provision of solar panels for heating of hot water.
