CONSERVATORY EXTENSION, LITTLE HAVEN, PEMBROKESHIRE.

Whilst on site with a speculative residential development within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the purchaser requested that a conservatory be added to the rear south-facing elevation to provide an additional year-round living space, and maximise the flexibility of room uses within the recently constructed dwelling. With a slate roof, a steel frame and glazed walls/gable it will not only assist in controlling solar glare, but provide a more comfortable environment, with underfloor heating throughout the colder and more inclement months of the year.

CONSERVATORY EXTENSION, NEWPORT, PEMBROKESHIRE.

Whilst on site with a bespoke residence the client requested an addition to the brief that involved the provision of a conservatory to the south facing elevation of the dwelling. The National Park planners were reluctant at first to accept a further addition to an already large dwelling but after extensive negotiation they have acknowleged that the as-built solution adds to the buildings traditional aesthetic whilst providing the accommodation required by the client.
