One of PDL’s directors, Julian Mansel-Thomas recently took part in this annual event and was one of over 12,000 amateur competitors to complete the challenging course.

A keen cyclist he used the event to raise further funds for the Paul Sartori Foundation which is this year’s preferred charity for the Practice. As part of our on-going fund-raising campaign Julian has also recently successfully completed the NarCar/CarTen (Narberth to Cardiff and back to Tenby) ride, the Dambuster (Gelli Aur/Llyn Brianne dam) and Tavernspite routes and is booked to take part in both the Pembrokeshire Charity Ride later this month and the Long Course weekend (full Ironman bike route) in early July.

Meirion Williams, another of our directors, has also been completing in various running events in aid of the same Charity, having recently completed the Macmillan Pembrokeshire Coast Path Dawn Walk Marathon – 26 miles around St Davids Peninsula and the Man-Up UK Mud Run at Celtic Camping Pwll Caerog, Berea.

Throughout 2016 PDL are raising money for the Paul Sartori Foundation. To find out more and donate please visit our Just Giving page
