The practice, acting for an international company and led by Gareth Scourfield and Carl Bentley, has been successful in securing a detailed Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the renovation of this former Georgian Dockyard building into a boutique hotel and restaurant, complete with 5 mews houses in the rear wing, 2 of which are to be affordable units,.

In addition to the listed building refurbishment, PDL has also secured detailed consent for 26 new build apartments and townhouses sited in the extensive grounds, to be constructed in 3 blocks on the western boundary of the site, and leaving ample room for landscaping and a car park for the commercial elements of the site, which is in a prime location to service the Irish Ferry traffic which passes twice daily immediately to the south of the site.,

Subject to all conditions being met, in both legal and planning terms, it is hoped to commence works on site in late Spring/early Summer 2015.
